What does an agency get today?
Your agency's workspace
- Every customer organization's workspace runs in its own Kubernetes namespace, with its own resource quota.
- Every customer organization's workspace has its own PostgreSQL database cluster. No database is shared between organizations.
- Every customer organization's workspace has its own sign-in realm, so its users and roles are kept apart from every other organization's.
- Every customer organization's workspace runs its own ERP instance, built on Moqui and MarbleERP. No ERP is shared between organizations.
- Each workspace has its own web address under syncedoffice.com, where its users sign in.
Underneath it
- Each workspace is created by a Kubernetes operator from one definition, running the same steps in the same order every time.
- Web traffic reaches our servers only through an encrypted Cloudflare Tunnel. The servers publish no public web ports.
- SyncedOffice runs on servers in the United States.
- Workspace users sign in to their ERP with single sign-on (OpenID Connect). (Beta)

Which boundary protects what?
The strongest boundary SyncedOffice has is between customer organizations: separate namespaces, databases, sign-in realms and ERP instances. Your agency's records sit behind that boundary, apart from every other customer.
Between your own clients, the planned boundary is a business profile inside your environment. It is lighter by design, so we will tell you exactly what it separates before it ships. (Roadmap)

Can I run my clients in the pilot today?
Not as separate business profiles yet. Running an agency's clients as business profiles inside the agency's environment is planned, not built. (Roadmap) Today the pilot gives your agency its own isolated workspace, and we plan the client model with you.
How will my clients be kept apart?
A business profile will separate a client's records inside your agency's ERP instance: an enforced boundary for the records the ERP filters by organization, and a convention for the rest. That is weaker than a separate workspace, and profiles ship only once that boundary is enforced. (Roadmap) A separate isolated environment for each of your clients is also planned. (Roadmap)
Can I sell SyncedOffice under my agency's name?
Not yet. Your name, logo and domains on every workspace you run are planned. (Roadmap) Today each workspace has an address under syncedoffice.com.
How will my agency earn from it?
A partner program for agencies, with a reseller margin on every client an agency brings. (Roadmap) During the pilot we agree terms with each agency directly.
