Pilot program open · agencies and small businesses

One isolated workspace per customer.

SyncedOffice gives each customer its own database, sign-in realm and ERP. Connections to the tools you already use come next, and every change goes in a public changelog.

  • Hosted in the US
  • Better every week
  • Set up with you
Three customer organizations, each on its own plane with its own namespace, database, sign-in realm and ERP instance. Beneath them, the parts organizations share: the server, the identity server and the web edge.

Integrations and roadmap

What should SyncedOffice connect to first?

One isolated workspace per customer runs in the pilot today. Here is every connection we are exploring, from moving your data in to getting paid. None of them runs yet, and pilot requests set the order.

Why isolation

Shared systems share their mistakes.

When every customer lives in one database, one bad query, one leaked login or one wrong permission can reach all of them. SyncedOffice draws the line at the organization.

The tenant fabric, beat by beat

  1. Beat 1 of 5, For ops and finance leads: Provision an organization's environment from one definition. Each workspace is created automatically from one definition, running the same steps in the same order every time. It creates the namespace, database, sign-in realm and ERP instance together, and in the pilot we run it with you.
  2. Beat 2 of 5, For platform and security teams: Isolation by construction. Every organization gets its own namespace, database cluster, sign-in realm and ERP instance. Customer organizations share the server, the identity server (each organization with its own realm on it) and the web edge.
  3. Beat 3 of 5, For agencies and partners: Your brand on every workspace you run. (Roadmap) Your agency's name, logo and domains, so your clients see you. Today: Each workspace has its own web address under syncedoffice.com, where its users sign in.
  4. Beat 4 of 5, For teams that need more than the books: Modules that dock into each organization. (Roadmap) Accounting runs in the pilot today. (Beta) More modules follow, each installed per organization.
  5. Beat 5 of 5, For developers: AI agents that record every action. (Roadmap) Designed to run inside each organization's own workspace: agents act only through named tools, and a change waits for a person unless a rule allows it.
Beat 1 of 5: Provision an organization's environment from one definition. Each workspace is created automatically from one definition, with its namespace, database, sign-in realm and ERP instance together.

How it works

From first email to first sign-in.

  1. Step 1: Tell us who needs an environment

SyncedOffice is in a pilot. There is no public sign-up yet; our team sets up each customer organization's workspace with you.

  2. Step 2: We create it from one definition

Each workspace is created automatically from one definition, running the same steps in the same order every time.

  3. Step 3: Your team signs in and works

Each workspace has its own web address under syncedoffice.com, where its users sign in. They sign in to the ERP with single sign-on. (Beta)

Security

Isolation you can check. Gaps we name.

Every statement on this site comes from a claims register that keeps its evidence and the date it was last checked.
One operator creates each organization's environment. Each organization has its own namespace, database, sign-in realm and ERP instance; all of them share the server, the identity server and the web edge.

In place today

  • Every customer organization's workspace runs in its own namespace, with its own resource quota.
  • Every customer organization's workspace has its own sign-in realm, so its users and roles are kept apart from every other organization's.
  • Web traffic reaches our servers only through an encrypted tunnel. The servers publish no public web ports.

Not in place yet

  • The platform runs on a single server today, with no second region and no uptime commitment.
  • SyncedOffice claims no security certification, such as SOC 2. None is on record.
  • Scheduled backups with tested restores are not in place yet.
