SyncedOffice is building a back-office platform for agencies and the businesses they serve, starting with the hardest part: an isolated environment for every customer organization.
Why does SyncedOffice exist?
Agencies increasingly run more than websites for their clients: their books, their orders, their operations. The tools they reach for either put all clients in one shared system, or leave them stitching a separate product together for each client.
We are building one platform for agencies to run their clients' back offices (Roadmap), websites (Roadmap) and, later, automated workflows (Roadmap). We started with the part that is hardest to add later: an isolated environment for every customer organization.
What do we hold ourselves to?
Every organization apart
Customers trust us with records they would never show each other. Each customer organization's records live in a workspace of its own.
Claim only what we have measured
Every statement this site makes about the product is in a claims register with its evidence and the date it was checked. If it is not there, we do not say it.
Name the gaps
Where something is not built, or is built with limits, the page says so, with a badge. We would rather lose a sale than win one on a feature that does not exist.
Build on open software
The ERP, the sign-in system, the database and the edge are all open-source projects. We build on them rather than reinvent them.
Where are we today?
SyncedOffice is a product of Headstart Digital Marketing LLC, a Texas limited liability company. SyncedOffice is in a pilot. There is no public sign-up yet; our team sets up each customer organization's workspace with you.
SyncedOffice runs on servers in the United States. The platform runs on a single server today, with no second region and no uptime commitment.
SyncedOffice is built on open-source software: Moqui and MarbleERP, Keycloak, PostgreSQL, Strapi, Caddy, NATS and k3s.
